Trish Morgan-Freeman
APRN, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Sheila Trish is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who obtained her BSN from the University of Texas at Arlington and her MSN from Eastern Kentucky University. She has over 28 years in healthcare including working as a psychiatric registered nurse, where she became passionate about caring for those dealing with mental health issues. Supporting, advocating for, encouraging, and motivating her patients is imperative to her when providing care. She strives to provide exceptional care to her patients. She is compassionate, empathetic and solution oriented.
Sheila Trish uses evidence-based research and a holistic and integrative approach when treating her patients. She is trained to treat children, adolescents, young and older adults, dealing with ADHD, depressive disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis and more. She wants her patients to leave their appointment feeling like their concerns have been heard and fully addressed in a respectful and nonjudgmental way.
During the initial visit, after a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, she collaborates with her patients and the interdisciplinary team, to create the best individualized treatment plan, to help her patients achieve their short and long-term wellness goals.
During her free time, she loves to volunteer her services to those in need and travel with her twin boys and her dog Bella.
Anna Milius
MS, NCC, LPC
Anna earned her Master of Science in Counseling in August 2021. Shortly before graduating, Anna began working at Sante Center for Healing providing intake counseling services to people struggling with addiction, as well as their families. In October 2021, Anna became a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) and received supervision while working towards full licensure, which Anna achieved in September 2023, becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Anna has experience providing trauma-informed therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults at the Children’s Advocacy Center for North Texas. Anna is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Alternatives for Families Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (AF-CBT). Anna has experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and is passionate about providing gender-affirming care. Anna has experience working with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, abuse, and other difficult life experiences.

Anna believes in allowing the client to lead the therapeutic experience and meeting them where they are, while also encouraging and empowering the client to process and explore difficult experiences in a safe environment. Anna knows that it is important to be flexible and open to what the client is needing each week to ensure that the therapy services are meaningful and productive. Anna enjoys utilizing art, play, books, games, activities, etc. throughout therapy to provide a fun and creative outlet for processing.

During her free time, Anna loves to spend time with her family, friends, and her dog, Benny. Anna loves all animals and is looking forward to providing Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) services in the future.
Jason Smith
MS, LPA
Jason Smith is a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) practicing under the supervision of Dr. Christina Della Nebbia. He has worked in the mental health field for more than five years and has provided a variety of services to his local Denton County community as well as communities in rural East Texas. Jason graduated from Texas A&M University – Commerce (TAMUC) in 2018 with a Master’s of Science in Applied Clinical Psychology and began his career during his graduate studies providing assessment and diagnosis at the TAMUC Community Counseling and Psychology Clinic.
After graduation, Jason moved back to Denton County and served as a residential counselor at a psychosocial rehabilitation facility for three years where he helped rehabilitate individuals experiencing mental health crises. Afterwards, he served as a house manager playing a vital role in the development of the programmatic structure of a safe house providing mental health services and more to young men who have survived sexual exploitation and sex trafficking. Jason has a wealth of experience treating and testing individuals with PTSD, bipolar disorders, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders.

Cintia Martinez
MS, LPA
Cintia Martinez is a Licensed Psychological Associate. She is currently under the supervision of Dr. Christina Della Nebbia. She graduated from the Texas A&M University-Commerce in May 2022. During her graduate career, she was trained in conducting assessments and providing therapeutic interventions, specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy. She completed her graduate internship at Terrel State Hospital, providing short-term mental health services for adolescents and adults with severe mood disorders as well as leading psychotherapy groups.
Prior to her role as an LPA, Cintia worked with individuals on the Autism spectrum as a Registered Behavior Technician for four years. As an RBT, she led social skills groups, provided one-on-one therapy, and provided parent training.
Currently, she is specializing in treating anxiety, depression, and behavior regulation for children, adolescents, and young adults.
